Carolina Gym Supply Spotting Rigs are best used with I-beams, but wood and pipe beams can also be used as long as they are able to withstand sufficient load. They employ single and double pulleys, depending on your chosen style, as well as a strong rope to help build up your athletes' confidence. They include a one-size-fits-all tumbling belt.

Spotting rigs can run either parallel or perpendicular to your I-beams.
