The polyurethane foam used is also phthalate and lead-free and has a "sponge-like" density which makes an ultra plush and cushion-y surface that is perfect for anyone who is using this mat for low impact activities like stretching or playing. Each mat is hand tailored and made to order in our family's manufacturing facility in Columbus, Ohio. The patterned vinyl is custom printed with letters and shapes in 26 individual colors using our state of the art digital printer using eco-friendly UV-LED cured inks.
