It makes for a great step for your smaller athletes and substitutes springboard for bar and beam mounts.
The foam filler of the Carolina Gym Supply Mounting Block consists of a layer of 1.25" crosslink polyethylene foam glued to the top of firm polyurethane foam for a solid footing.
