No loose foam pit is complete without Carolina Gym Supply Pit Edging! Carolina Gym Supply offers carpet bonded foam for covering the edges of your loose foam pit and keeping your athletes safe.
Using Carpet Bonded Foam pit edging gives you a smooth, uniform look around your loose foam pit, especially if your gym is already sporting a healthy quantity of Carpet Bonded Foam. A right angle is cut into the Carpet Bonded Foam to enable a crisp corner fold fitting right over the edge of your pit. We offer two variations for the Carpet Bonded Foam pit edging:
- 12" x 12" - sections are 72" (6') long; 12" on top of the pit, 12" down the side
- 12" x 36" - sections are 72" (6') long; 12" on top of the pit, 36" down the side
The Carpet Bonded Foam pit edging can be adhered to the concrete of your pit using a contact cement designed for foam. This can be purchased at your local hardware store.
